At VibhushitShreya, your sensory satisfaction is our mission. Due to the handcrafted nature of our scented candles, we enforce a transparent policy for replacements and returns.

1. Damaged or Broken Deliveries

Candle vessels (ceramic, glass, marble) are delicate. If your order arrives broken, cracked, or damaged during transit, please email vibhushitshreya@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and shipping box within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a fresh replacement free of charge.

2. Exchanges and Returns

Due to safety guidelines, we cannot accept returns for items that have been lit, burned, or removed from their original cellophane wrapping. For unlit, unused candles, you may trigger an exchange or return request within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping fees are borne by the client.
